HOME/GYM TRAINING PROGRAM RUN THROUGH AN APP

Depending on your training level you can train at home or in the gym. Prior to the program you may want to test some workouts, available in the ‘trial my workouts’ tab. Programs can be changed or altered to suit.

All 4 RECIPE EBOOKS

To get your started you can download all 4 of my recipe ebooks. In the members space of the community live the rest of all my creations. It is advised that you upgrade & join during the program.

PRIVATE SECTION INSIDE THE COMMUNITY

You will be added to a private section inside my community. This is where I post weekly videos, tips & all your highly valuale resources. All past content is in the members space of the community. It is recommended that you upgrade during the program - for best results.

9D BREATHWORK

You will have access to 9D breathwork. Cool girls take care of their mindset throughout the program, manage their stress & utilise resources to stay positive throughout. It’s recommended that you use this resource.
